Wichtige Informationen - Wenn Sie ein UAE Visum früher beantragt und dieses nicht genutzt haben, muss dieses zuerst storniert werden.
Wenn die Gültigkeit des ersten Visums noch bis zum neuen Reisedatum reicht, kann das erste Visum noch genutzt werden.
Wenn die Gültigkeit schon abgelaufen ist, muss das erste Visum erst noch gegen eine Gebühr von 50,-Euro (wenn es über uns beantragt wurde) storniert werden.
Die Stornierung kann nur über den Anbieter erfolgen, über den das Visum beantragt wurde. Daher ist es möglich, dass der andere Anbieter dafür eine höhere Gebühr verlangt. Wird ein Visum beantragt, obwohl ein vorheriges ungenutztes Visum noch nicht storniert wurde, kann es passieren, dass das neue Visum abgelehnt wird und die volle Visa-Gebühr in Rechnung gestellt wird!
- Bei Einreise wird geprüft, ob Sie eine Rückflug-Buchung haben und das Land nach spätestens 30 Tagen wieder verlassen!
- Die o.g. Voraussetzungen gelten auch für alle Reisenden, die wegen ihrer Nationalität kein Visum für die VAE benötigen
- Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine Visa-Erteilung allein eine Entscheidung der VAE-Behörden ist! Sie zahlen die Visa-Gebühr allein für die Bearbeitung, daher gibt es keine Erstattung im Falle einer Ablehnung. Auch für evtl. Stornogebühren von Hotel und/oder Flug kann weder AVS, noch die Partner-Agentur in Dubai, eine Verantwortung übernehmen.

- If you applied for a UAE visa earlier and did not use it, it must be cancelled first.
If the validity of the first visa is still valid until the new travel date, the first visa can still be used.
If the validity has already expired, the first visa must be cancelled first for a fee of 50,-Euro (if it was applied for through us).
The cancellation can only be done through the provider through which the visa was applied for. Therefore, it is possible that the other provider will charge a higher fee for this. - On entry it will be checked if you have a return flight booking and leave the country after 30 days at the latest
- The above mentioned requirements also apply to all travelers who do not need a visa for the UAE because of their nationality

Please note that the granting of a visa is solely a decision of the UAE authorities! You only pay the Visa fee for processing, so there is no refund in the event of a refusal. Also, neither AVS nor its partner agency in Dubai can be held responsible for any cancellation fees of hotel and/or flight. If a visa is applied for although a previous unused visa has not yet been canceled, it may happen that the new visa will be rejected and the full visa fee will be charged!
