Entry (COVID19)

Entry (COVID19)

At the moment all citizens need a visa for Thailand to enter the country and all visitors have to be in quarantine for 2 weeks.
In order to be eligible for entry, you have to follow 3 steps:

  1. Step - Visa Application:
Currently there are only 10 eligible categories for entry into Thailand. Under "List of categories of persons authorized to apply" you will find all 10 categories. For the moment we have listed the two most requested categories. But if you need information about the other categories, please feel free to contact us.

  2. Step - CeO (Certificate of Entry):
Once the visa is issued, an entry certificate must be applied. We can apply for the CeO for you after the visa has been issued for an additional fee. If you would like to take advantage of this service, we will inform you as soon as possible which additional documents we need.

  3. Step - Documents for the boarding of flights to Thailand
When boarding in Thailand, you must present the following documents in addition to your visa and Certificate of Entry:

  • One copy of a RT-PCR negative test in English, not older than 72 hours before departure
  • A copy of Fit to Fly/Fit to Travel certificate, not older than 72 hours before departure (download form)
  • A copy of a valid health insurance certificate stating that the insurance covers all medical expenses, including COVID19, and has a value of at least USD 100,000 (certified insurance packages are available from us).
