- travel dates and required visa validity (e.g. 1 year with multiple entries)
- planned place of residence

Letter of introduction in english
From the french or swiss employer on company letterhead, with stamp and signature. The letter must specify:
- data and passport details of the traveling person
- reason for the trip (“business meetings” or business discussions”)
- travel dates and required visa validity (e.g. 1 year with multiple entries)
- Detailed information on the applicant's activities on site (according to the invitation)
- Complete address and telephone number of the Indian business partner
- Confirmation of receipt of travel expenses
