Important Notice Regarding the Application Form

• The visa is issued by the embassy based on the information entered in the application form. Therefore, please ensure that all details, such as name, passport number, and gender, are entered correctly. Incorrect entries will be carried over and result in a visa being issued with incorrect information.
• Please submit only one form per person. If multiple forms are submitted online, the embassy will charge the full visa fee for each form, even if only one form is ultimately submitted in paper form.

Original passport
Valid for at least six months beyond return date

Copy of passport details page
A copy of the passport pages containing the personal information

Invitation letter
Invitation letter on company letterhead, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Data from the invited person
• Traveldates
• Reason for the trip

Important: The Invitation Letter must be sent directly from the Company in Bangladesh to the Consulate.

They must provide the Invitation Letter by E-Mail to the following addresse: permanentmission.geneva@mofa.gov.bd

Letter of introduction
from the applicant's employer in Switzerland, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Data from the traveling person
• Travel dates
• Reason for the trip
• Confirmation to cover the travel expenses

Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein

Travel confirmation

• Copy of flight confirmation for entry and departure
