A Business Visit Visa is required to visit a company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for business talks or negotiations, as well as to carry out installations and assembly work.

With this visa the applicant is not granted a work permit or settlement permit for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This visa is for persons who wish to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a longer period of time and who wish to apply for a residence permit (Iqama). The necessary documents should be issued by an employer in Saudi Arabia before applying.
The Ministry of Labour (MOL) provides authorisations for (without name) workplaces - electronically and directly in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which will be provided with names as soon as the request is received by the diplomatic representation.
These will be provided with names as soon as separate copies of the Electronic Power of Attorney (Waqala) are available.
A medical examination is mandatory for this visa category. When the workers arrive in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will receive a special residence permit called' Iqama' (an identity document) from the Ministry of the Interior (MOI).

Since September 2019 it is possible to apply for a tourist eVisa for Saudi Arabia. The following nationalities can apply for an eVisa:

Additional documents can be requested for various citizens.
