Letter of Guarantee
From the sponsor/guarantor from Indonesia.The letter must specify:

• Data from the traveling person
• Travel dates
• Reason for the trip
• Confirmation to cover the travel expenses

Letter of introduction
from the applicant's employer in Switzerland, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Data from the traveling person
• Travel dates
• Reason for the trip
• Confirmation to cover the travel expenses

COVID Vaccine Certificate
Vaccine certificate as proof you have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Proof of insurance
The proof must include:

• Valid for Indonesia or Worldwide
• Validity / Duration
• First name / name of the applicant
• Disease & COVID
• Date of birth

Travel confirmation
Copy of flight confirmation for entry and departure

Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein
